"Box spring and mattress were worn out

"The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing, hard to get the soap off yourself. My door lock broke and they kept making me go to the front desk to get help. Everytime I needed anything I had to go to the front desk. I felt as though there was no customer service of any kind. The rooms were great and the cleaning people do a excellent job!!! They should be at the front desk."
